"So many things I could say. #1 don’t waste your $2000 a month for this when you could be paying the same for way better units elsewhere. Move-in day: A/c had not been working for who knows how long before I got there, had to unpack all my boxes in a 90 degree apartment and sleep there for two days before they fixed it. Apartment obviously had not been checked out or even walked through prior to me moving in because there was also a leak under the sink and crumbs and food in the drawers in addition to the AC being out. Cannot walk two feet on their “walking trail” without smelling dog feces/urine or marijuana/cigerettes, even though its “smokefree”. Leasing office is unreachable, cannot even call the office as a resident without getting sent to voicemail, never respond to emails either. Oh yeah and the water is yellow."
"I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping centers and public transportation. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or issues. They always have amazing events going on for the neighborhood to attend and get the community involved."
"I like this community for many reasons. - Their maintenance team service is excellent. - Renewed Gym is more spacious. There is no need to join Planet Fitness or any other gym. - Location is convenient for Costco, Home Depot, Twin Peaks, Publics, CVS, schools, colleges, and FLL airport."
