"Giving this complex 2 stars. Lived there for 3 years, always paid rent on time, never complained about any of my neighbors and never gave maintenance or the front office a hard time about anything. My issue comes from my deposit. I was billed for things I was told not to worry about and that’s where I see many people have had issues in the past with and they don’t seem to care or take accountability for their mistakes. I was told by maintenance not to worry about a small crack on the wall that he (Mario) would take care of it and then told by the front office (girl who sits on the right) not to worry about painting when I move out because they will take care of it. Not only did I get charged for the small crack on the wall, I got charged for ceiling paint, yes ceiling paint, when I mentioned to them prior that the ceiling track light in the kitchen is burning when on and small wall outlets too and causing burn marks and they didn’t do anything about it. It’s been 2 weeks and not one person or manager has called me back to correct THEIR mistakes. Based on previous reviews, I’m not surprised."

"I was compelled to write this review because of outstanding service I recently received from one of the maintenance guys, Kelvin. For my entire time living at Solle Davie I’ve always experienced top tier customer service from the maintenance and front office staff (Tiffany, Liane and Mario are all incredible), but this weekend when our air conditioner went out just as his shift was ending, I was amazed at how quickly Kelvin came to our rescue and fixed our unit to keep us from suffering in the Florida heat. It was literally more hot inside the house than it was outside, but not for long! Kelvin worked quickly and efficiently until the issue was resolved where many maintenance staff I’ve experienced at past apartments would’ve never even come so close to the end of their assigned shifts. If Solle Davie continues to employ hard working, experience driven staff like Kelvin and others, they will continue to be the premier apartment complex in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and a break from this Florida heat!"

Liane, who works at the front desk has made the transition for me very smooth and stress-free. Her experience and knowledge in communication will be hard to top when I have to go through this process again."

"This is a beautiful, luxury apartment-style community! Ammenities include: ample espresso-wood soft-close cabinets/drawers, marble countertops, kitchen island (we added chairs and a bench to ours for eat-in kitchen), brushed stainless appliances (side-by-side refrigerator w/water & icemaker, dishwasher, flat-top stove w/oven and over-range microwave), washer/dryer in each unit, new tile & wood floors, central air/heat, large bathrooms, private patio/balconies, clubhouse/leasing office with: large pool and hot tub, patio with cabanas and ample outdoor seating, outdoor kitchen with 2 stainless gas grills, Zen Garden, gym (modern machines, freeweights, workout room, steamroom and showers) dog park and doggie clean-up stations w/supplies!! It is also gated, has monthly-fee optional extras (RESERVED parking spots, garages and small private storage rooms), frequent office-hosted small events for residents and BEST OF ALL move-in requirements were only: 1st month rent, $600 security and application costs!! NO first, last and security like so many other places!! I love this apartment complex!! Neighbors and office staff are friendly!! And any maintenance orders are completed FAST!!"

"I lived here for 2 years and I’m completely disgusted. RUN. RUN OUT OF THIS PLACE. They do not care about anything but money. The manager Mary Lou is the rudest most unprofessional person Ive met. The assistant manager Melanie is condescending about everything and unwilling to help. Living here was a headache. They were never available for anything. I’ve lived at plenty of other communities before and never had such a bad experience. I recently moved out. THANKFULLY!!! they bullied me for my 60 day notice CONSTANTLY because they wanted to upcharge my rent. I work at night as a nurse so it’s hard for me to answer calls and e-mails while I work. Yet they called my emergency contact to ask them about MY RENT! They upcharged me double my rent for the last month as a “favor” to extend my date slightly because IM A TRAVELING NURSE AND I DIDNT KNOW WHERE I WAS GONNA LIVE. My lease should of been done beginning of March and I needed 5 days extra which they couldn’t do. Instead they could charge me a month for double the price. They also had the AUDACITY to keep my $600 security deposit with miscellaneous charges. I got “grout cleaning charges” “enzyme cleaner charges”, charges for my carpet WHICH WAS CLEAN. They charged saying they had to clean my apartment when I deep cleaned before leaving. I deep cleaned, spacled any hole where i hung a painting, i cleaned the fridge, i mopped, vacuumed!!! They have the audacity to surcharge me for NO REASON!!! I am furious and they will definitely get a call from my lawyer. I have attached pictures of how i left my apartment. CLEAN AND TIDY!!! They sent me $46 AS MY DEPOSIT BACK. THATS A SLAP IN THE FACE. Keep your $46! I wish i hadn’t cleaned and actually left that apartment a mess. That would have been WORTH IT! I am outraged and disgusted by the management in the community. They all NEED TO BE FIRED. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST. Mary lou and Melanie you should be ashamed at how you run this place. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE LIVING HERE. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE BUT WITH THE HEADACHES YOU WILL HAVE AND NASTINESS FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS, ITS NOT WORTH IT. Solle acts in bad faith. They will make sure to upcharge you and keep your security deposit for NO reason but just to benefit themselves. Greystar community please do better at hiring these people to take care of a community. Manager straight up told me if you own a pet expect to get charged gout and enzyme cleaning. Maybe be more upfront about it. Give your severity deposit. Trust me you won’t get it back. ***The low stars do not concern them. I brought it up to corporate and they can care less. It’s a shame this place is run by these people."
