"Maintenance is minimal,yet the HOA almost DOUBLED in the last 2 years, no one gives an explanation."

"Just moved in! Lots of things are broken! gates been broken for over a year and the pool is green! There’s been a sign on it from the health department since I moved in, but the maintenance people told my kids it was OK to swim in it! The washers and dryers don’t work. This place is not being maintained properly! Reached out to the association but it’s really hard to get a response. They kind of just give the runaround. Also none of the laundry rooms work on all 3 floors. I’ve been complaining about it since April, but they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed."

"The location is great yes and the cleaning ppl do try. But their maintenance and leasing office is the worst. My bathroom has a leakage issue. They lie to you and say they come Friday and they never do. But they do not take this into consideration when it comes to increasing your rent."

"July 2016: Excellent complex, they keep the grounds well maintained and it is safe! Shops and highways nearby. Broward Mall and The Fountains which include restaurants and big department stores galore. Walmart is about 2 miles away. Near to FL Turnpike, 84 East/West, 595 and 441. Within walking distance to Nova University, Broward College Central Campus and extensions of FAU and UF centers. Perfect for college students. Yes, there seems to be an issue with the trash compactor that they have addressed by putting a trash container for each building now. This happened 2 years ago when I moved here first and both times have coincided with the move in and out of new tenants towards the beginning of a new College/University year, lots of boxes and also people don't follow rules and moving out they leave furniture and things they can be fined for. No longer an issue today. Where else in any metropolitan area can you leave your bike in a common place unchained and not worry about it being stolen? I have never seen anything like it! People respect other people's properties and you see BBQs, bikes, and children toys in someone's terrace and it will be there every day you pass by. Very secure for single women, too. The apartments are also very nice and private and each apartment has a storage closet outside depending on the model that you rent and if your landlord allows you to use it. UPDATE JULY 2017... After renting here for 3-1/2 years, I am moving out. I will surely miss the beautiful pool view from my apartment, I think it's the best view from all the condos building A-second floor. I am sad to say that the community is not as nice as it used to be. I learned right before moving that there was a new management company and it shows the difference in little things here and there. The corridors used to be clean and swept, they even painted them every year but now you see more trash on the floor and although there are baggies all over to pick up after your dog, the new tenants just don't cooperate. It used to be a nice and quiet college and mostly adults community being close to Nova South Eastern University but now I see a lot of families with children and I don't have anything against families but I preferred when the crowd was much older. The pool has been closed for almost a month and it was still closed when I moved out last week mid July. The apartments are still nice and way bigger than a lot of other places, and with 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer, outdoor space (balcony) a pool and workout room, it is not a bad deal, if you can put up with kids screaming and running all over the place."
