"Was nice once. Now there's disrespectful teens at the pool being obnoxious using profanty taking over the pool..can't have my children be subjected to that. Thrash left everywhere by pool and graffiti..Nothing is enforced. STAY AWAY. Why is there no security"

"Came here to check out a condo and it was roach infested. Roaches in the fridge, roaches on the fan, roaches on the doors. Everywhere. An infestation like that doesn’t happen overnight. It’s in the walls and probably really hard to get rid of. Beware."

"Gated complex situated in a pretty area by lakes. They’ve tried to upkeep but the major issues (agreed upon by neighbors) have remain unfixed: the destroyed roads with cracks and potholes, the broken playground causing injuries to my kid and others, and quite a few rude, loud, aggressive neighbors."

"I'm currently living here and I've been here for the past year. No condominium or apartment complex is perfect, however out of all of the places I've lived in, this place is very nice. I keep my place very clean, therefore I never have any bugs (other than the occasional bug that is normal to find now and again in any home). Additionally, I believe the maintenance people do a decent job of keeping the place in tact. They are always leaf blowing the stairways, they often pressure wash the buildings, they recently repainted the banisters and repainted the parking lots and they keep the pool and the pool area very clean. Additionally, I've never had any issues with the security gate since I've been here (which has been a frequent issue at other places I've lived). And, whenever I call the office, the girl working there usually always answers and she is always friendly (I've lived in places where they never answer the phone at all or are are extremely rude). I do get annoyed sometimes when the garbage people don't come when they are supposed to but that is the only complaint that I have. There is a mixture of young and old people here so you will have the occasional person playing loud music while driving by or the occasional smell of weed but no matter how nice a place is or how much money people have, they still enjoy their music and they still smoke weed so you can't really avoid that anywhere. I've personally never had loud neighbors but I'm sure it happens in other areas of the complex. I believe the walls are pretty thick because I never hear talking or sounds coming from either side of me. Overall, it is a much better place than you will find anywhere else for the price that you'll pay. People want to play $800 a month with $2000 a month standards. That's not going to happen. This place is great and I will renew my lease."
