"HORRIBLE!! This place is like living in orange county. I left apopka thinking this place would be any better being as it looks like such a beautiful community with the lake but yet it is ran by absolutely trash. The office doesn't answer The walk ways are disgusting The amount of dog hair I found in my carpet from the previous people was disgusting. I've voiced my opinion told them about things I needed fixed and still 4 months later no answer so I went into office they could care less and still haven't had anything fixed. Dirty walk ways I pay for trash and yet I have to take my trash to the front anyways the squirrels will dig through your trash Worst experience for the amount I pay and will be leaving"

"I walked into 2 bedroom for 1900 a month. I had a dirty kitchen to include new pets (roaches not palmetto bugs). I had several outlets that did not function with one that had exposed wires. Perfect for someone who has a child. This place was a joke. Gates left wide open. Until I told them I was moving and then they magically closed days later. Security nightmare! And then they asked why I was breaking my lease and still charged we to break lease. I’m not the type to write reviews, normally I just move on but people need to know about the unethical company. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Worst experience in my life with a complex. Also I attempted several times to speak with someone Lincoln Property. Never spoke with 1 person. In these tough times its a shame a poorly managed and unethical company is taking advantage of people. I have videos of anything if people would like to see. Place is garbage, only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. They will then write a repo so that they can’t find my account? And act like I did t reach out to the owners several times. This place is disgusting. Trust me the model home doesn’t look like the rest. "I have lived at Sun Lake for 5 years now. There have been some ups and down but over all I think it’s a great place to live. I had ongoing issues with my AC unit over the last year. I was in the hospital with pneumonia so I was concerned about the AC leaking water when I got home. I am beyond thrilled to say they installed a brand new AC unit yesterday. With my health issues I can now relax. The maintenance team has been wonderful and the office staff followed through with my concerns. I just want to say thank you to all those involved with my AC issues!!!"
