"The place is beautiful. The apartment itself and amenities are beautiful and well maintained. Staff are friendly. I would super recommend if it was not the infestation of cockroaches that I have. I have called several times and still not resolved. I cannot invite people to come over because the times I did I had my guests chasing the cockroaches to stop them from coming into the food. I never expected to have this kind of a problem when I chose Station House. I am very disappointed."

"I really recommend Station House as a place to live. I felt very welcomed since day one when Judith gave me the tour and always helped me with any requests or questions. Management shows that they care and often host lovely events. Maintenance team have been consistently fast. I really appreciate the changes that have taken place here since our property manager Barbara took over."
"The best first apartment experience! The staff is phenomenal and made my move-in process/stay incredible. Only moving for work otherwise I would stay forever! Maintenance is quick and efficient. Clean amenities that are never crowded! The office also hosts a lot of resident events so you can get to know your neighbors. I recommend living here to everyone! Great spot close to the sunrail, downtown Lake Mary/Sanford, and quick access to the major highways. Thank you for everything!!"
