Orlando Marriott Lake Mary

"Booking a 4 star hotel should come with a peaceful luxurious stay. Unfortunately, you won’t find that here. Our first night we were met with a room that didn’t have the AC working due to a previous guests request. I would imagine that if the AC was turned off for a guest, turning the AC back on would be a priority for the hotel before assigning a different guest the room. Also, they give you 2 towels for the entire day… my wife uses two towels to herself when she showers so this was obviously not sufficient. Make sure you call and request towels every morning when you wake up. The M club is great, the service is not. Any request is met with attitude as though you are burdening the employees lives. When staying at a hotel of this caliber, a high level of hospitality is expected. Instead, you will find employees yelling at you for your room number, and the chef acting as though you have created an immense burden on their life for asking for an omelette. Stay away. Try the best western down the street."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I was there on business. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It would have been nice to have a upgraded coffee maker in the room. Coffee tasted burnt and was not good no matter what I tried. The location was optimal. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Also only a 34 min drive from Walt Disney."
