"I’ve stayed here many times and always been happy as it’s a very nice hotel. I will never stay here again though due to them trying to overcharge my credit card. My room was prepaid before arriving through a booking service and they took a credit card for incidentals. I returned home to check my account and see unsubstantiated charges on my card. If you choose to stay here, buyer beware!"

"One of our favorite hotels. We’ve stayed here on two separate occasions. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, and spacious. The bathroom includes a makeup mirror and robe. And the bed/bedding…oh my. So soft and comfortable! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Lake Mary area."
"Went here post surgical operations prior to driving back home which was 4 states away. I couldn't walk without crouches because of the maintenance work done on both knees, so II requested the "Accessibility Room". They got a great walk in shower with no lip, there is also a tub and support handles on the walls to enable access to all furnishings in the bathroom which was a Must: The room was stop less with no carpet too which was awesome. I also had to order room service for breakfast and it was exceptional and fast: great service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel."
