"This is a very old building. You can tell that it has been renovated a few times. There are lots of patchwork that has been completed to make this "up to date." The hotel TV remote barely works and you have to mash the buttons to work. The Internet is sufficient. Trash cans are TINY!!! This wouldn't be my first choice to stay at I the future. Overall, not the worst hotel I've stayed in."

"I stayed here during EDC. The rooms were spacious with a modern design and immaculately clean. The breakfast was great, staff had been wonderful, and the location was upscale and peaceful. While it’s tucked away from Orlando’s craziness, the city isn’t a far commute and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. This was a perfect stay for my friends and I. Will definitely return on my next trip to Orlando."

"This hotel is clean and breakfast is always good. Place lacks at customer service. You don’t even get a welcome at check in , it is always are you checking in? On my last visit, they claimed to be overbooked and did not have my room. While the agent was talking to supervisor over the phone, it was obvious there were rooms but waiting for people to arrive. I don’t know why they decided to hold rooms for certain guests but try to walk me to Candle Inn hotel which does not compare to an Hilton. I had lost & found issues at this hotel in the past as well, no call backs after 3 calls only few hours after checking out. The day I was not able to check in, they had a dirty room but no one on duty to clean and the reservation system was still accepting rooms. That is why I think; this hotel lacks care and customer satisfaction. Why would they schedule only one desk clerk in entire hotel on a sold out night, I don’t know."

"I must say the staff is great. At check-in, Jose helped with the process. He was amazing, with positive energy, and was very professional. Josh was just as great. He was very efficient and helpful. ( As the disappointment on the bedsheets and pillowcase were dirty. ) There is as a young lady in which I didn't catch her name. She was amazing as well. Energetic smile and very professional. Overall, my experience in the room was very dissatisfaction. The room wasn't properly cleaned. Of course, I didn't notice right away . Until I saw the pillows the next day. They were dirty and stained. The room wasn't properly stocked."
