"I just recently moved in Last week and absolutely love IMT lake Mary. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. My questions are always answered as well. The maintenance team is great and completed my only work order right away and communicated with me. The neighbor hood is peaceful and quiet. I want to give a special thank you and shout out to Jesenia for her top tier customer service. She is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better move in experience. Don't hesitate to choose IMT Lake Mary as your new home!"
"We have been living here for almost a year. There were issues when it was still the Helix, but the complex has gone downhill since IMT took over. What prompted me to write a review is the fact that one of our building doors, the door closest to our unit, has been broken for about 3 weeks now. There have been no updates/communication about what happened or when it will be fixed. There is broken glass everywhere, and the only thing they have done is attempted to cover the opening with cardboard that continues to fall down. This place is definitely not luxury, and not even safe. Don’t let the new construction fool you. I would recommend some other apartments in Lake Mary/Sanford that are not new but a million times better, such as Lake’s Edge."
"Just moved in last week. I absolutely love my new apt. It’s spacious I have a beautiful view of the pool, a nice balcony it’s quiet, near my job, and I have every shopping entity at my disposal. The move in process was easy, the staff and maintenance are professional and friendly. I love it here!"
