"The maintenance staff was always a pleasure to work with. After the new ownership under Bainbridge, the office management took more of a reactive approach rather than proactive approach. Not sure when the carpets were last cleaned and the air in the hallway is stale due to the air being off. The gym temperature is like a sauna and it’s too small to have hot air blowing. Juan is great and an asset to this company or any!"

Melisa, Adeliz and Juan and not to mentioned all the maintenance staff, are amazing and always keeps us informed and aim to please. I see complaints about the internet, but we’ve never experienced issues. All the other residents that live here are so friendly. I highly recommend living here!"

"Allure has been my home for the past 2 years and I’ve loved it. The office staff and maintenance people have been nothing short of amazing and they work really hard to keep residents happy. The assistant manager Juan has always been there to help me when I’ve needed it and you can tell he truly cares about each and every resident. He’s always quick to assist with any problems I run into and has always insured that I’m okay and happy with my home. "I have been living in Allure for the past 3 months and I have loved it. My first experience doing the showing was amazing, Adeliz was so upbeat, so knowledgeable about the neighborhood surroundings that she made sure I made the best choice, to move here, plus she is sweet and smart. I have found a place where I feel welcomed, loved, the neighbors make a big difference when you choose to live in a place and here I feel I have an extended family. A very sweet Property manager, who has been nothing but caring, Melissa. The best part is having the amenities available 24 hours (other than the pool) to entertain and relax or study at late hours of the night. I’m a student and this is something I couldn’t find anywhere else. Coming from school after 6 pm and not having access to amenities is a bummer in other properties. I never got the chance to use them, it was limited to some weekends I had free. So here I think they cater to everyone in the best way possible. Yes maintenance could be better, the staff is amazing, I think they just need a little more help, and keeping up with pest control is a must. Another thing to highlight that is giving me trouble is the internet not functioning. I give it a five star because I’m truly happy living here. I see people complaining about parking, but there’s plenty of parking in the garage (which is basically empty) it has a cost of $50 a month but there’s more than enough parking spots. Another thing worth mentioning is the trail access right out our building door, wow! So many areas around to use to relax, gardens, bbq, tv’s everywhere. The doggie park is awesome too. Love the staff, they greet you, smile back."
