"Absolutely happy with our stay in this hotel. The lobby and the hotel it self is very clean and new. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, clean and tidy! All lines were nice and clean. Room has everything you need. The local is convenient and no traffic area. Nice restaurants around to have dinner. The breakfast was included and it was amazing! The parking was free! This place is pet friendly! … I have red some reviews before we came and was worried that I will face this issues people describe, but I was surprised how good this place is! Thank you for having us! We will recommend and come back!"

"The staff was great! We ended up canceling our stay at the neighboring La Quinta because it was such a dump and food was horrible! We moved to the Hyatt for the next 4 days and we were so glad we did. Much nicer, cleaner, and had actual edible food!"

"Rooms: Dated and dingy. The brightness of the rooms in the picture are deceiving. However the rooms were clean and had what we needed for the short stay. Service: Didn’t really interact with the staff except for check-in. We checked in late so I didn’t expect anything earth shattering. The hotel parking lots were full of trash. "If I can give this hotel zero stars I would! Do not waste your money or time by booking this hotel (motel). We recently spent one night at this hotel, and it was the worse hotel I have every stayed at. The outside and the lobby area of this hotel is very nice. Upon arrival, the employee at check in was very rude, and unfriendly. The rooms are very dated, carpet is old and dirty, bathroom lights flickering, the ac unit is very loud, the shower head was leaking. Since we were only staying for one night after being on the road for over 12 hrs, we figured we can just get by all of those issues. Upon waking up the next morning, my husband and I noses were all stuffy and eyes were bloodshot red and swollen. After getting up from bed I noticed the comforter looked a little strange. When I called my husband over to check it and he turned on the light on his phone the comforter was completely covered in mold (pics attached). It was the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered at a hotel before. I went to front desk as we were checking out and I notify the staff member that was working, and even showed him the pics. I was told by the employee that it's the feathers in the comforter, and there was nothing he can do for me. He left me standing at the desk and walked away. After reading several other reviews I noticed quite a few other people encountered the same issues before. As to how this hotel is still able to operate is beyond me. I will be contacting their corporate office as well as the department of health."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Everyone was so friendly and inviting, they made me feel like they cared how my trip was, how my day was going, etc. I felt safe there being alone, my room was ALWAYS cleaned spotless and they don’t start cleaning too early so you have time to sleep in, which I was grateful for since I wasn’t used to the time difference at first. Coffee in the morning was great! The atmosphere in the hotel was like being home. Thank you everyone there for making my stay the best I have ever had anywhere!!"
