"Had a good time here. But the management increased the rent by $500 a month. This made me move out of this apartment. If you are increasing your rent, you should also make sure the apartments are refurbished to the same standards which I believe is not. Also, the apartment lobbies are not regularly cleaned and always remain dirty. Management does not take any action against people smoking in their homes and smoke comes directly into others apartment. I was disappointed when the rents were increased so much with no explanation. Util previous year, it was a place to be. However now, I would not recommend."

"I bought a home out of state and was told that my move out date would be honored due to a clause that was grandfathered in my lease before they changed the policy although it was less than 60 days that I would only have to pay the 4 days prorated during my move, upon moving they charged me for all new appliances that were less than a year old and did not honor the move out agreement, not only did I lose my deposit but they have said that I did not tell you that your clause would be honored so I’ve lost hundreds of dollars ! Please be careful I lived there for 5 years and had multiple problems such as a collapsed ceiling twice in my kitchen that they took weeks to fix, as well as other major health issues. This is not what the website describes the hot tub never worked, the pool was literally shut down for a year from the health department! I was told unfortunately there’s miscommunication in the office so you’re not getting your deposit you owe us money! If I could give a 0 for this community I certainly would"

"I have lived at Pebble Creek Lake Mary since I was 18 years old, I am now 32. Have signed 18 month extensions every time my lease renewal was coming, so while there was an increase it was always spaced out and manageable. This year upon my renewal I was informed my rent would be going up by a THOUSAND dollars. No loyalty, no compassion, or empathy. Was told it is what it is. The folks running this place have no clue what they’re doing. Emailed the property manager and assistant property manager to be told lies or be given the runaround many times in the final months of my tenure. The only person there with a brain is the front office staff member Anna. I loved living in pebble creek, as it was my home for 14 or so years, but they’re raising rent to 2023 prices with apartment that haven’t been remodeled since the early 2000’s is embarrassing and a slap in the face. Highly unrecommended."
