"Very dissatisfied with the service I received tonight I came in requesting a drain plug and the employee informed me that they do have it. However, he's having trouble finding it in their overstock and that I should return in the daytime when they're not close to closing when someone else has time to look for very poor customer service and an employee outright refusing to do his job for a customer highly unsatisfied"
"On December 31, 2023, I visited this store, exactly at 4:02 PM and I am quite outraged, offended, abused, mistreated and upset since I received offensive, xenophobic, racist treatment from the worker named Raúl at counter #631932 , Drawer #2. This poorly educated person offended me with his derogatory and racist treatment because I asked him if he spoke Spanish. His first offensive comment with a racist attitude was to tell me “Everyone comes here asking the same thing.” Once he started to assist me, his attitude was always ironic and racism for me. I request the manager of this store or the owner to take immediate action and contact me as I will take legal action with them and the store. Everything is recorded on cameras and they can verify it. I look forward to the store manager's response. Thank you"

"Driving along last month my car kept stopping and then completely would not start up again. When I lifted the hood a piece of the air intake hose was missing leaving a big hole (and too much air). I did a quick patch job with a can lid I had found and went to this O'Reilly location. Cameron did a wonderful job helping me out. Got me the right part and went above and beyond by doing a 3 minute install. (Don't worry the store was slow and other workers said they'd watch the registers). I know it's late, but thank you so much Cameron (and the random shopper there) for helping me not break the bank with this and getting me to work the next morning without trouble. I've been riding on it since and it's worked beautifully!"
