"Worst service department I've ever been to. I've owned Nissan for 15+ years in several states. During my appointment, they decided to rotate my tires without my permission, acknowledgment, or documentation. They did not balance the tires they rotated and created a major drive issue. When I called to ask what they had done to my suv they initially had no idea the tires had been rotated and once it was comfirmed told me I needed to pay like $100 to have them balanced. Umm, no. That's not right."

I went to service manager and she said they have no remote to change station. You mean to tell me Reed Nissan can't afford a universal remote control? I was upset."
