"Clearly understaffed. Told me an oil change would be an hour start to finish, and it took nearly 2 hours. Then they couldn’t find my key and were all confused about other customer keys. Will not be back if I can help it."
"Always completely understaffed. Don’t expect your appointment to mean much other than you get your car back that day. The only reason I use this service is for the road hazard warranty on the tires."
"The WORST place to go to! Micheal and Tina are literally worst humans to walk on earth! First I go to get a new battery installed which they told me it would be 105$ and when we came back to get the car they wanted to charge us 189$, when we asked Micheal why he said because the battery we agreed on didn’t fit so they put that one. As we all know, you have to ask the customer first before picking a more expensive one! When I expressed that to him, he slammed the book and started screaming and yelling and Tina didn’t even hear what was going on but came in the middle to take his side! I asked Micheal multiple times to get out of my face and he wouldn’t! This place is a scam and don’t go there unless you want to deal with disgusting people such as Tina and Micheal :)"

"This place is really hit or miss. Previously, I had an ok experience getting my tires changed. Today, not so much. Scheduled an appt for 2 tires for 9am. Only 3 other cars near the area when I pulled up, none for tires. Got checked in and let them know I’d be inside shopping. Purchased all the groceries I came for, including frozen items, which took about an hour to walk around and get. Started heading back to the auto center area only to get a text as soon as I got there at 10am saying they were just getting started with my car. I sat in their waiting area periodically looking through the window to see what was going on with my car. Witnessed them finish up another car’s tires before mine, even though that car was not there before me (likely a walk up). Walked outside to see how much longer it would be and they tell me they are still balancing one of my tires. Over an hour and a half later, my car is finally ready."
