I was able to get a jumpstart from a coworker, and went directly to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Clermont to have them test the battery, to see if that was the issue. Jack was very helpful. He immediately tested the battery and discovered that was the issue, and helped me install my newly purchased battery. I want to thank Jack (and his coworker) for exceptional customer service. "Arrived this AM at your Clermont store on HWY 50 . I only needed a cabin and engine air filter . They had only engine , No cabin . This is why AMAZON is most likely killing your bottom line . I was told " I can order it for you " Well I can do that myself . You probably need to stock up to keep us coming in. This is not a rare car , Its a Chevy Cruise . I left there for another competitor on the other side of Clermont. They had everything I needed . plus some other Items i grabbed . I worked at a chain before I was surprised he did not call another location for possibly on hand inventory ."

"My first time shopping at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I went in yesterday 4/07/2021 to purchase a part & Manny told me he could order the part and have it in on 4/08/2021 at 7:30am. I picked the part up from Victor; I put the part on my vehicle & I paid and was out the door at 8:10am according to my receipt! O’Reilly is okay with me! I will be back in the future if I need any parts for a vehicle. Customer service was amazing! Victor assisted me this morning! Victor was very patient & courteous with me!
