"Old bald man with tattoos that checked me in for my oil change should not be in any position that involves dealing with customers he was extremely rude and condescending for no reason! Also with an appointment for an oil change it took 3 and a half hours for an oil change. I was told 45 minutes at check in. All I expect is don’t be rude and be honest about wait times, oil changes should never take this long after making an appointment. Will not be returning"

"Second time I've made an appointment but still endured a nearly 3 hour process. Again, I'm the last customer in the shop.after even walk-ins are seen first. I will find another place0 to maintain my vehicle. Maybe Firestone."

"Initially I was not pleased with this location. It took 2 days to even receive a call regarding my vehicle and the service requested, I was then told they had not even seen the vehicle yet. However, once Kendall was involved, the process and communication was very smooth and painless. I would caution everyone to review their service quote as an employee (Bobby) quoted me for a $1200 service that I never requested and then could not explain his reasoning for adding it into the quote or what the actual requested service was and what the fix was. It seems that Bobby is focused on billing as many parts and services as possible and is not concerned with the customer. Kendall was able to sort everything out and I would trust him with my vehicle again."

"I went in to get my brakes checked. They told me it was going be $1200 to do my brakes. My husband had to open up a credit card through Pep Boys so we could pay for it. I got my car back and my ABS light was on. They had just charged us $1200 for my brakes. So I waited awhile until the gentleman finally got a used part to put into my car to fix the ABS. I wasn't even out of the parking lot and my ABS light came back on again. So I had a problem with my starter. So I brought it to them and asked them about when they were getting a new ABS part in for my car for the anti-lock brake system. They told me that it was already done and that they were not ordering another part. The Gentlemen got really mad at me when I said I was bringing my car somewhere else to have the starter fixed. I asked him when they were getting my part for my breaks and again I was met with. Were not getting another part in. So I spent $1200 on my brakes for them to break my antilock brake system and not replace it. So I still have a problem. They told me to pump the brakes like I used to back in the olden days. I will never come here again. And I will never tell anyone to bring their vehicle to Pep Boys."

"Oil change appointment took an hour and a half with one other person in the showroom. I used Caradvise to book and pay, and they tried to add an air filter to my invoice (overpriced btw) without even asking me if I wanted to or showing me the old one, while I was sitting in front of them. No communication and slow service. Oil change was fairly priced though and Michelle was kind."
