"Came to AutoZone with a dead battery, Luis the Sales Manager checked the system and realized my battery was still under warranty. Luis also came out to physically switch out the battery and noticed my existing battery terminal was extremely corroded and stuck. Luis and his team put in extra work to remove the battery and install a new one. My family was visiting from out of town and headed home the same day. We appreciate the awesome and compassionate customer service given to us by Luis and his team. I definitely recommend making this your home AutoZone store. "Several service lights were on in my vehicle, including the engine light which got me concerned. I went to several auto places and they referred me to AutoZone in Clermont. These guys Joel, Carlos the rest of the team and the local mechanic that was available Richard were excellent. After inspecting the engine they found that the airflow hose in the engine was severely torn in several places. The hose was not easy to find but they looked through many boxes in the store until they found the exact one the car needed and replaced it for me. The engine light went off and the car is running beautifully. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service and will always go there first when anything is wrong with my car. Thank you Joel, Carlos, the rest of the team and of course Richard for the excellent service!!! Recommend them very highly!!!"
