"0 customer service! The attendant yelled at me across the parking lot like he was a guard talking to an inmate. He claimed he was calling me over because I was in the wrong side (there are no markings on where to go). They have you park to check in on a wrong way(dangerous) manager came over and was very helpful. I understand these people may be unhappy at their job but they have to learn to respect their customers BUT it’s Walmart…"
"DO NOT COME HERE. I’d give zero stars if I could. I came in for a single rim replacement, not only did a 15 minute job take them 2 and a half hours, but they also balanced my tires WITHOUT PERMISSION, and tried to charge me for it too. My car has been shaky and unbalanced ever since, and the car is brand new. Management is horrible. They give false information over the phone that will change when you get there. Give your business to better places!"
"Great service, but plan accordingly. If you have time to kill and the extra savings are worth it to you, this might be the right place for you. If you're on a time crunch or need to be somewhere fast/soon, probably not. It took about 3 hours for me to get my tires done. Mostly because the line for oil changes would not stop. From 8-11 am, there were two steady lines from the check-in tent to the bays. With more cars pulling in. In short, bring a book or plan to shop."
"Flat tire due to the weather... drove right up, serviced me immediately, and were very friendly from start to finish. Replaced my goodyear with a michelin.. tire and service came out to $97 with everything! No extra questions or trying to sell me something I didn't actually need."
"if your in the mood to waste time, this is the place. where appointments DON’T MATTER and the SERVICE is horrible. make an appointment and they make you wait just to CHECK IN. waited over and hour in the OIL CHANGE line for my TIRE INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT. the whole time in line , the tire installation garage was empty. no one working in the tire installation area. but they make you wait AN HOUR TO CHECK IN. they you have to wait for them to drive the car into the shop and THEN WAIT ANOTHER HOUR !!! pathetic. FIRESTONE IS WAYYYYY BETTER. this is SUCKS. NEVER COMING BACK. don’t water your money. go to FIRESTONE across the street. THEY’RE FASTER WITH BETTER SERVICE. NEGATIVE -10 stars"
