"I viewed a duplex that didn't' have any working lights. It was ok because they advised me that it wouldn't be ready until Jan 1st. Ok, so I go on to ask if my offer letter would suffice as proof of income and he rudely repeated several times " your credit has to be perfect". My credit is great, I make 4x the rent but because of the way I was treated I wouldn't give a dollar of my hard-earned money to this company. They violate all kinds of Fair Housing laws. If someone ever tells you that you have to be married to live on their property, file a lawsuit."
