InTown Suites Extended Stay Albany GA

"I travel for work, in most cases I'm at a location for 4 to 6 months. Needless to say accommodations are vital. In pass year I have said in intown suites 3 times. In each stay there were overwhelming similarities 1- the front desk staff are very rude 2- matinance is none existent 3- tv,s didn't work properly 4- toilets didn't work properly 5- weekly rates were never consistent The most agreegious thing is that contacting customer service or corporate is impossible the web site provided is extremely hard to access only to receive no response. When traveling for work living off of perdium often times intown suites are the only viable options for lodging. This makes the grievances listed as well as others even more note worthy and needing attention from corporate"

"I don’t typically write reviews, but I was there for two weeks with my ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and we, overall had a great stay. My only thing was, I worked part time and was told I had to take my animal to work with me, which isn’t a problem for me, but for my job that was a different story. I understand the animals can’t be left unattended, but my animal had a crate and he is well-mannered. To be clear, Just because my animal is of service to me doesn’t mean he has to be with me everywhere I go. He’s there when I NEED him. I suffer from extreme anxiety, depression and panic attacks. He knows when I’m about to experience those symptoms and offers great support for that. I had to walk 45 minutes to an hour to work with my dog because I couldn’t leave him in the room for 4 hours, which is all I work. I’m not at all bashing INTOWN Suites, as I stated earlier the stay was overall nice. Sometimes it felt like management were a little rude or short with me, but as a Christian I try to be pleasant even when I feel like rudeness is present. Maybe it wasn’t her or they being rude. Maybe it’s just their personality. It was a nice stay for two weeks while I awaited moving to Atlanta. I’d say, give it a try. Could’ve been worse."

"This place is the best! We stayed for 3 months and we loved it. It’s clean and organized. The location is perfect. Costumer service are always there to help. Highly recommended"

"I didn't get a chance to get a room. I wanted to book a room but something told me to check first. I went there and went in. I asked where there any rooms available and the clerk told me yes. The room was a premium for 460+. I said no I can't do that. Went to the car and called customer service number, was told the central booking shows more than one room available at a lower price. The agent gave me the information and I went back in. This time the manager stated " there are some open but not clean, and the lady would not get done with them today". But why is my question, so if I would have booked the room I'd be SOL. That is not very good business because I wouldn't be able to get a room somewhere else if I'd book and there is no room available. I suggest that the rooms not come up for booking until they are ready. My money is not long."

"This place is DISGUSTING. It smells like mold or mildew, I’m not sure. It’s a very weird, nasty smell. Stains on the carpet, dirty handprints on walls, sheets with dirt smears and stains. It’s NOTHING like they advertise online. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional and has ZERO empathy or hospitality. I booked a reservation online, and when I get there the receptionist told me there were no rooms available for what I booked, so she downgraded me and did not adjust the price. Then when I called her to explain that this room was dirty and I was unhappy she interrupted me.. cut me off mid sentence, and told me to come get my ID from the front desk. ALSO the ENTIRE property smells like marijuana!"
