"DO NOT STAY. hotel needs to be shut down and renovated completely. bed bugs, burn holes through the mattress in nonsmoking rooms, floors, showers, everything disgusting. i didn’t stay long enough to ask for a refund. i am willing to eat the $100 over sleeping with bugs."
"The customer service at this hotel is some of the greatest service I have ever received. Everyone at the desk is extremely genuine and courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. If you are a travel nurse, this is a great and affordable place to stay. Be sure to say hello to the manager Patrick. He's very helpful and a wonderful person."
"I am a real person and reviewer. I got this location by being a Priceline member. The rate was 62.00 per night plus taxes. Total was 85.68. Priceline doesn't show you the location upfront until after you book and pay online. I was satisfied with the location around the Mall Retail Area. They are upgrading and remolding exterior and interior. Quiet Location and they have Breakfast in the morning. Really enjoyed the shower. Took 2 or 3 and stayed 2 nights total."
"When my wife and I travel we look for Quality Inns. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and nice. The room not so much. The AC worked well but the room was less clean than I desire. The bed linen was fine but there were burned out lights that have not been cleaned in a very long time. Electrical outlets sparked when plugging in. Bathroom could have been cleaner. I put down a towel on the floor so I could wipe sand off my feet before getting into bed. Overall not up to standard."
