"Stay away. Bed bug alert. Roaches. I walked into the room, and did my checks. What did I find? A roach crawling on the floor and bed bugs. This place maybe was cute back in the day but current management is not taking care of it. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of my door. Stay away. Management, how about you get out of the slums mindset and maintain the place."

"Based on their website, I thought this would be a quaint country inn, and in reality it is a pretty lousy motel. I stayed here for a work event in the area. Before I get into the nitty gritty, I want to affirm that the staff here are very nice. However, the room is disgusting. I only stayed because I needed a bed to sleep in and it was already 8pm. I did let the front office know about my complaints, but there wasn't anything they could do at 8pm. Let's get into it. My room was DIRTY: There was a beer bottle cap on the floor near the bed, sticky substances on the floor, mold in the grout of the bathroom, strange debris on the mini fridge, stains on the pillow cases, dirt and dust in the room, and FINALLY the kicker: the dead bolt was broken. It's really hard to feel safe traveling as woman, so this was my final straw. I'd say, if you stay here, have low expectations and be very kind to the staff, they are doing their best."

"While the rooms are not very updated, my stay was pleasant. The bed was comfy and the room was decently clean. There was a dirty rag on my counter when I arrived and the room was a little stale. I chucked the rag to the floor and wiped everything down anyway. But the bar and outside area made up for it."

"For the price it was great. Older motel that has some great amenities, the bathroom was very small and needs to be renovated to match the sleeping area. The fridge, microwave, and coffee pot was located in my closet. That was weird. Overall a good experience."

"Cute little motel in a quiet spot, located a good distance from everything. The room was clean and simple, the bathrooms could definitely use an update. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating. Not sure the story behind the chickens running around the property but they were very cute and fun to watch! They advertise as having breakfast... their version of breakfast I nothing more than coffee, milk, and processed sugar in the form of prepackaged muffins and cakes. A regular hot breakfast would be nice, or change the advertising as grab and go breakfast. Would stay here again."
