"The front desk clerks are super helpful and nice. Breakfast is consistent. Rooms are nice. Every employee that I have ran into, has smiled and said hi. Location is in a good spot for shopping, food and, if you drink, a liquor store close by and bars not to far away."
"This hotel needs to honor the free internet access it states for their reward members! I incurred charges that I was unaware of. Needless to say, I will not be accessing their internet going forward on any future stays."
"The gentlemen that checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I actually had reserved a room at the Courtyard directly behind this location but it was under renovation. The lobby is very modern and the location is excellent. There is a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was happy with my stay and I would stay there again."
"I have say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time! Kristen at the front desk is a gem! I arrived to check in pretty late and she made everything easy. The hotel smells Amazing just from the front lobby. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable! I felt safe at this hotel and there were many restaurants nearby. I travel quite a bit for work and it was so refreshing to be at this hotel! You cannot go wrong staying here! Thank you to all the staff at this Fairfield Inn for making this property standout from the rest!"
"I stayed at this hotel last November. I reserved a handicap accessible room and when I arrived someone else was in my room. I did complain as it is difficult not having an accessible room when your family member is wheelchair bound. I was moved the next night to a different room and when I woke up there were bed bugs in my bed. I took pictures and gave it to the front desk staff. I never heard from the manager. I contacted Marriott and they said my points would be returned as well as compensation points for not having the room I paid for and because the bed bugs were in my bed. I was never compensated nor have I heard from the manager."
