"This is by far the worst property it was recently taken over by Vicinia Property Management. They scam people out of their hard earned money. I moved out months ago and have yet to receive my $500 deposit. I turned in my keys in April 2023 and did the apartment walk through as well. The apartment had no damages and was in better condition when I left. The apartment was a disaster when I first moved in. This place deserves zero stars. I’ll save you the hassle. This place is a scam, they don’t answer the phone nor respond to emails. UPDATE: Received email from LONI HALE, one of the property managers at Hampton East about my account and she stated she put in an escalation to the community manager. That was back in May 18, 2023. I tried to send emails and calls in order to speak with someone. Still no response. I moved April 2023, and gave notice in December 2022. And it’s July 2023, still no deposit or any answers."
