"Awful, horrible. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. My husband works out of town every week and constantly stays in hotels. His plans changed and I needed to modify the reservation not only was the front desk completely unhelpful but refused to give me her name and hung up on me several times. I will make sure that my husbands company avoids this hotels and all affiliates in the future. Do better."
