"The rudest most unprofessional people to lease with. They never return phone calls or emails. We had a leaky roof since the tornado that never got fixed. We had called and complained countless times. They finally got back to us right before we were going to move out. The same goes with pest control as well. They will try to nickel and dime you any way they can when moving out, so watch your back and take lots of notes. If the South is known for its hospitality they do not qualify in any way shape or form. I would not recommend them for any type of business."
