"My friend lives at The Woodlands Apartments in Albany, Georgia. She's had back surgery and a procedure. She can never get her trash in the dumpster without pain. The dumpster is "NOT" emptied timely and fills up. Once the dumpster is full the residents throw the trash on the ground around the dumpster. However, the maintenance guy that should be picking up the trash around the dumpster is "ALWAYS" in the office running his mouth. This makes me sad. You guys need to do better with taking care of your residents. I'd like to leave 0 stars but that's not an option. Hang in there Woodlands Apartments residents, I'm praying for you!"

"Disgusting. Roach infestation. Can’t keep a property manager. Never answer phones. Never conduct pest control as stated in the lease. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."
