"Look at all the reviews and you’ll see every good review was only positive for praising the property manager who was fired today without cause. I’m a contractor and have had to file suit to get paid for work done there if you have medical issues or don’t want any I suggest you not move there. To much mold and mildew being painted over and covered up which I refuse to do also the maintenance man was fired yesterday for asking about a paycheck that he was supposed to receive last week"
"(if i could give zero stairs i would) Ms.Ashia williams tried to play me and my friend because this was our first apartment and so she would say our apartment is ready knowing we can go back and forth from albany to atlanta and so when we came down there knowing our movin in date our apartment wasnt ready. So she wanted us to cone back to atlanta just to come back to albany the next day when people had to work. This was very unprofessional and i would never recommend moving here"
"While Mrs Williams is absolutely fantastic when it comes to property management, this apartment is a NIGHTMARE! We have had multiple break ins to my car and our neighbors, also a drive by and constant police circling the property. Our AC has been out for months and the landlord has no intentions of fixing it anytime soon. Our electric went up to $325 and there is constant garbage everywhere! The maintenance people are loud and dirty as far as leaving all of their trash everywhere, and smoking weed while “fixing” the apartments. This place is famous for the landlords taking money and leaving no trace of any payments being made, constant AC and water issues. Please, do not fall for the cheap rent bc you get what you pay for"

"Treeside park is the best place to be if your here in Albany. Especially the new property manager Ms. Ashia Williams. She is very understanding, patient, and just all around the best. From the first day I called to the day I shook her hand thanking her for the keys to my new 2 bed, 2 bath. She needs all stars for a review and if I recommend anyone. Its definitely her. Without a doubt."
