Frances was very helpful with all the questions i had for her she even had questions for me which i was highly appreciative of her. "My recent experience at Common with property managers, Frances and Shamar was very positive and exceed my expectations. Frances conducted the tour of my now apartment and she was truly exceptional. She had a deep knowledge of the property, gave me a tour of all the amenities and apartment. She answered all my questions and was very enthusiastic about. Shamar helped with my move in process and even lifted a couple boxes to facilitate things. I had issues with my key and he worked promptly to get that figured out.
