"I did a tour with Frances on 1/5 and I must say it was perfect. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and the building. She answered all my questions and made me at ease. The building its self is to die for. From the common spaces to the pleasant people who work there. Overall I give her services and the building a 10 out of 10."

"Today I had the pleasure of having an open house tour of the commons in Harlem with Frances. From beginning to end she was professional, informative , and extremely approachable. I am naturally a nervous person when dealing with events such as this but she made me feel so comfortable! The property is absolutely breathtaking ! I will be recommending the property and Frances to some of my colleagues in search of a beautiful apartment with breathtaking views in close proximity to the airport !"

"I recently toured this building with Frances Stark from The Common, and it was such a pleasant experience. Frances went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable. Unlike some rushed tours I've had in the past, she took her time to show us the entire building and provided valuable insights about the neighborhood. Frances has lots of knowledge about the management and the building itself, and she answered all of our questions. I must also mention that the building itself is stunning. I’d highly recommend either touring this building or working with Frances to find your new home!"

Frances was very helpful with all the questions i had for her she even had questions for me which i was highly appreciative of her. She also gave me advice on the apartments in the building and even advised me to other locations for my own convenience. She was very very nice and so helpful. This building is beautiful and she is a beautiful soul. Thank you to the reserve building and France ."

"My recent experience at Common with property managers, Frances and Shamar was very positive and exceed my expectations. Frances conducted the tour of my now apartment and she was truly exceptional. She had a deep knowledge of the property, gave me a tour of all the amenities and apartment. She answered all my questions and was very enthusiastic about. Shamar helped with my move in process and even lifted a couple boxes to facilitate things. I had issues with my key and he worked promptly to get that figured out. All in all, I greatly recommend this property to anyone looking to feel welcomed and valued. Thank you to the management team for my lovely experience and beautiful apartment."
