Very easy online/e-mail application process, although the approval took time by the property management company, she kept me updated regularly. She answers my questions promptly and helps whenever I have an issue or query seamlessly and she is a text message away. I am glad I am doing business with her since I moved to NYC for work as it is cumbersome for non-US citizens to find accommodation easily with all the requirements and bureaucratic processes."

In reviewing our options, Taylor Made stood out as it was run by women. Our initial contacts with them were very positive and we booked our stay. From beginning to end, the customer service was excellent. Our main contact, Regine, was always available and quick to respond. The apartment was located in a great area near Central Park on the west side. The building staff was welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. "Tylor Made has made my time in New York city so much better. Their apartments are amazing, at nice and convenient locations. Their staff is super responsive. If you have any problems in the apartment, you can just email / text their staff and most of your requests will be taken care on the same day. I couldn't imagine a better service. 10/10 highly recommended."
