"The building is in poor condition even though it's a "luxury" building. Algin Management is unbelievably irresponsible and indifferent. We dealt with constant leaks from the ceiling, plumbing issues, old broken appliances, amongst other problems. Other tenants also had these issues. We couldn't take it anymore and moved out."

"Are you looking for an apt here? Don't waste your time like I did. Management engaged me for a lease, signed and fully paid (first month, security and insurance) only to rent the apartment to someone else. Yes, after the lease was signed. Don't engage them in their shady practices or you may just waste valuable time looking for a place that will actually honor their deals."

"Great personable staff. Management team at office not as helpful as you would think. The apartments can offer more inclusive options considering rents that are charged. A rooftop area for residents would make this the best value in the area. Are you paying attention ?"

"It’s a part time job getting maintenance to fix anything. There’s been a leak in my place since May. It’s August 17 and it’s not totally fixed. I asked for my blinds to be changed in April. It’s Aug 17 and it still isn’t done. It takes ages to get maintenance in to see your place. Then usually they make mistakes in ordering or something else. Then they forget about your repair. Then the process starts over again if you call multiple times a day. Without frequent calls, they just ignore the request. They ignore emails. There’s an online ticketing system that they ignore also. Basically, there are lots of things in place to make it easier on you, as a tenant paying full rent. They ignore them all and you need to call multiple times, go to the front desk multiple times, or somehow catch the building manager, Alberto. If you’re comfortable making getting maintenance a part time job for yourself, then you’ll be fine living in this building."
