"I lived at The Concerto 4 Years - #24D - 200 West 60th Street… the Greatest NYC Upper Westside Apartment Building. Located in The Lincoln Center Neighborhood and only two Blocks West of Columbus Circle/Central Park. Very safe with 24/7 Front Door Staff. Excellent in all Regards!!!!!!!"

"I lived here for two years. There were some water noises come from kitchen and bathroom that were loud so I have to volume up my TV, and baby crying next door that was ok with me but this meant walls were very thin. Once I watched YouTube on iPad with decent volume level but neighbor called management I was making big noises. Someone talked in hallway and I was surprised because it was like there were in my room. The door was thin too. Water service interruption was took place more than once a month ad sometimes water was stopped in the morning without notice and I got an email notification afternoon. On m, I couldn't take a shower. The building is close to Mount Sinai so ambulances were loud 24/7. Can't complain but if you're sensitive for noise while sleeping, I don't recommend here. Otherwise good. Doormen are friendly and took care packages. Appearances are clean and beautiful but I feel the building is old and poor condition because water pipes are not good conditions, and walls and door's qualities are poor.."

"=====Edit==== Following Brodsky's reply to this review, I actually contacted them to discuss the situation. What an absolute waste of my time so don't be fooled by their concerned responses to these reviews: they acknowledge the situation and they "understand my frustration" but they're not willing to discuss anything to make the tenants feel better about paying top of the market rents while the building is offering a less pleasant living experience. The works will continue for another 2 months "but they don't want to misinform me". Minus another start for deceptively suggesting they're willing to discuss the issues. ============ The staff are very nice but Concerto is a non-stop building site and the noise is unbearable. Facade renovations, unit renovations, elevator renovations. I guess they're technically not doing anything illegal, but from 8:30am until 6pm there's drilling noise, construction noise, and you can't enjoy your home. Also, the elevators are extremely slow, partly due to construction work needing service elevators. I want to love it because of the staff but I'm so disappointed."

"Once again! Morning rush hour and only one elevator working. One day after we got an announcement that, due to inspection, elevators will be down one day next week. Happy Friday!!!"

"The Concerto has been a great place to live. The people are really nice and have been very helpful to me. My wife was killed in late June when she was struck by a car. The people there helped me when I really needed it and I will always remember their kindness. I can't recommend this building highly enough. Everyone is great."
