"Property management is rude, argumentative, unresponsive, and unhelpful. Could not satisfactorily handle a simple exterminator request. 10/28 Reported bug coming out of main bathroom sink and submitted exterminator request via BuildingLin. No one came to check out the issue and the request was closed without any comment / notes. Also i tried emailing leasing office and property manager multiple times which resulted in no action. 11/1 resubmitted the exterminator request via buildinglink, but was closed again without anyone actually checking my apartment. 11/8 I was able to connect with property manager, who was immediately agitated and argumentative on the call for some reason. Her response was 1. educated me that the bug was a summer bug not a cockroach, 2. corrected me that the request was submitted 10/28 not a month ago, which i incorrectly stated to the phone operator, 3. insisted that the exterminator was in my apartment, although that is not the case, and 4. noted that she will have no control over the vendor and can't promise."

"The only reason this building gets 3 stars is because of the friendly front desk staff and responsive maintenance people. Otherwise, how nice it looks belies how shoddy the construction is, as the walls are so thin that I can hear my next door neighbors not just talking but pressing buttons on their microwave. Not their fault but it’s annoying to hear their daily conversations. The AC sounds like a vacuum, it’s so loud you can hardly hear the other person in the room. The apartment measurements are smaller in reality than on paper. Management is unresponsive, you have to follow up several times to get a response."

"Since 2019, I have been residing at Hudson 36. One of the things I appreciate the most is the peace and quiet that the building offers. There is no street noise and there is a park nearby. In addition to its serene atmosphere, the building is also conveniently located. It's just a short 2 min walk away from the 7 train and a bus stop that goes uptown. This makes transportation a breeze and provides easy access to the city. The building itself has a modern design. The amenities include a gym to help stay in shape, a rooftop for enjoying the beautiful views of the city, a movie room for entertainment, and an indoor children's playground for the little ones. The building staff's commitment to their work is reflected in the way they interact with the tenants. They are always available to lend a helping hand and have a positive attitude towards their work. The Superintendent, in particular, is known for his responsible and caring demeanor, which makes the tenants feel valued and appreciated. Overall, I am very pleased with my living experience in this building. Its staff, peacefulness, convenience, and amenities make it a great place to call home."

"If you're looking for a modern and convenient apartment complex with exceptional leasing staff and stunning views, look no further than this apartment complex! From start to finish, my experience moving in was hassle-free thanks to the amazing leasing agents, Alda and Daniel. They were both incredibly helpful, informative, and patient throughout the entire leasing process. Once I settled into my new apartment, I was immediately impressed by the soundproof walls and windows, which made for a quiet and peaceful living environment. The views of the Hudson River are breathtaking and never fail to impress. I also appreciate the fact that the gym and amenities spaces are not ever crowded. The Verizon internet service is fast and reliable, making it easy to work from home. I also love having a gas stove and full-sized appliances in the apartment, and the closets and doors are sturdy and well-constructed, which is a big plus compared to other apartments (heavy duty hinges versus the common cheap white closet door constructions - if you’ve toured the area you know what i’m talking about). The A/C and heating have been functioning without any issues (we replaced the stock thermostat with a Nest - works great!) and the shower pressure is fantastic with hot water always available. Recessed lighting in throughout is awesome and also have had no problems with drinking tap water. Trash chute rooms are emptied/cleaned daily and kept in very nice condition. Last but not least, the doormen are extremely friendly and always greet residents by name, making you feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to move here and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean NY living experience. P.S. The marble bathrooms are beautiful!!"
