"Location is perfect, at a walking distance of the main point of interest. The rooms are very nice and clean. Room 1602 has a nice view, and is very quiet. Breakfast is good, but come early if you want to have a sit. At last the hotel employees are all nice and ready to help."
"This hotel was good in many ways. In particular, I found the staff to be friendly and quite helpful. However, I do have a few complaints. First, my wife and I stayed in a room with a queen sized bed. The bed itself was large enough for both of us, but the rest of the room wasn't! Given that this hotel is in the middle of Manhattan, I don't expect a lot of space but the layout - including the fact the bed was next to the window and the desk - made it awkward for multiple people to move around in. Secondly, why does the elevator have to beep so loudly when it's running? The sound disturbed us many times making it harder to sleep well; it was especially frustrating given how quiet the hotel was otherwise."
"Service was amazing. Rooms although small were very nice and had everything we needed. If you want a view make sure to request front of the building and a higher level. Breakfast was good. Make sure to go early because it can get crowded. The location was very central and within walking distance of a lot of places. Close to a subway entrance as well. I would stay here again!"
"Room was modern, location amazing. Breakfast was also really good and had a heap of variety of foods. Can get really busy but the earlier you get down there the quieter it is. Staff we also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended"
"Location wasn’t bad. Only 15 minute walk from Rockefeller and about 20 minute walk from Times Square which was nice. Rooms were pretty clean and not too big but they’re perfect for if you’re just staying to sleep and hangout for if you’re visiting/traveling. staff was nice for the most part."
