"Really enjoyed our stay here (visiting from Australia) and the hotel has all you need for your stay. The streets were a little quieter than further up Manhattan towards Times Square and with a subway right on the corner of the street from the hotel it’s super easy to get around. Even walking back up to Times Square vicinity is easy enough. Rooms are nice and the hotel is a beautiful old building with thoughtful decor to match. Staff are also polite and courteous."

"I've been to NY 5 times now, and this by far is the best hotel I've been to! It was clean, it was cozy, the staff was great the entire time! From the time we pulled up and the doorman unloaded out luggage to the time we left! Free waters which you'll need if you're ever there for NYE! The only issues I had are with Expedia who charge me $600 more when booking through them than the hotel receipt actually stated. They basically charged me more than the stay cost and refused to refund me. Will be going directly to the hotel next time. Definitely booking here next time! Can't wait for the bar and restaurant to be completed."

"This hotel was in a wonderful location to enjoy holiday attractions in NYC. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for two people. The staff was very helpful and extremely accommodating - one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We would definitely stay here again! I will say that the elevators were quite slow and small, as mentioned in other reviews."

"Haley at the front desk is definitely a people person, she made the accommodations extremely special for my wife and daughter! We will definitely be visiting this hotel again mainly because of the staff first and exceptional room presentation! Great operation all around and very safe place as a supplement for for home while you enjoy the city, perfect location for walking day adventures or getting a cab to explore. I will say again that Haley was a fantastic help making sure all my families needs were met! I would give 20+ ⭐'s if I could. Rooms are clean and perfect!"
