"My pup really needed a groom and I couldn't get into my regular spot for several weeks so I thought I would try something new. Bad decision! When I first dropped him off he was terrified and skittish, which he never normally is! At the groomer or the vet, he's always happy to be in new places and meet new people. Normally his appointments take anywhere from 2-3 hours; so when they called after an hour saying he was ready I was shocked! When I got there to pick him up he wanted to leave as quickly as he could. I did a quick look over and found his entire belly had been missed. They basically threw him back up onto the table and speedily clipped it. When I got home I noticed how red and irritated the area on his belly and testicle area was. He wouldn't stop licking it and was clearly having lots of discomfort. As the day when on and I took a closer look at it all, I saw how truly uneven the entire thing was, so many spots of long hairs left behind, and now a week later he's still uncomfortable on his bottom. Will never come back here and want other to know what a poor job they do before trusting them with your fur baby! They did a rushed job and it was completely awful. Could have done better in the back yard with my shears."
