"Hello, Around a week ago me and my friend went to this store and had a horrible experience. Rude employees off the chart mean. I wanted to buy South Park socks in the back but we also saw some ya know toys in the back and we are teenagers so we obviously got a laugh about it because we are immature. We went out of the store to ask my friends mom a question and came back in and we went back to look at the price and this employee who had dyed short hair said in a rude tone “you keep coming in and out do you need something,” I ofc said no and was confused because I knew what I was getting and I have severe social anxiety and almost started crying and the employee said well if you don’t want to buy anything then get out. Me and my friend left the store after and had an anxiety attack cause of this employees actions. Please be more aware of situations like this. Ended up ordering the socks online because I was scared."
"Love this store. Can find everything i need. They always carry items that no other style does. My family is blog into rick & morty, TWD, fortnite, family & other similar things. Going into sorceress i know ill find something for everyone and even something foyer myself. Great prices amazing staff clean environment."
"So right when me and my boyfriend walked in this store there was a woman standing in the front of the store. She immediately listed off all of the deals they were having in the store for Black Friday weekend. I understand that some stores you have to say stuff like that. But what really made the experience bad was when I went over to the plugs (I have stretched ears) the woman upfront came over to me and again listed off the deal they were having on body jewelry. I just smiled and said thank you and went back to looking in the case. Next thing I know the woman was right next to me whispering in my ear about how I could buy a sex toy for me and my boyfriend. I in no way showed any interest in that side of the store. And to me that's is where I draw the line. She was pushing way to far to make a sale and if she would have left me alone I would have purchased quite a few plugs. She could tell that she made me very uncomfortable and tried to play it off by saying it was a prank sex toy she was talking about. I immediately walked over to my boyfriend and we left. Very unprofessional in my opinion."
