"The cashier was so rude in her gesture to me while checking out(Store in Victor, January 8th around 4:30pm). She almost threw the package at me. Then did not tag off from what I purchased for security. It was obviously intended. Wanted to make a customer miserable. She is definitely upset with her own reason and shows off to a customer. If the store doesn’t fix this issue then I am sure it will damage their business."

"Joggers ripped at the stitching near the foot on day two. Their website states they've had so many returns due to the holiday season that they aren't honoring their quality warranty until February."

"Wouldn't process my return because "I didn't have the original credit card". News flash; they don't need it. The guy working/managing just didn't want to accept my return for whatever reason. The girl working at register (seemed new) was uneasy when the male associate said I would have to "accept store credit", I knew he was just trying to avoid a return and her body language confirmed it. Also no where on the receipt does it say you have to bring original form of payment (for reference, my sister originally paid with a credit card). His tone gave me every indication that I would get no where with being pushy. In hindsight I wish I had been, but I kind of just stood there and stared at the both of them (literally, I knew what they he was saying was incorrect and I just wanted the $128 to be credited back, as I was well within my right). He gave me attitude in response to my blank stare and almost issued the credit without my say so. I was so frustrated with the entire thing; the unwarranted return denial from some kid on a power Trip and his whole attitude. My sister, being the card holder, went in the next day and returned the pair of joggers; they never asked for the card. Literally, the biggest inconvenience and waste of everyone's time. Customer service was absolutely useless when I emailed them and brought up their inconsistency in return policy. I won't go back here. Very, very unpleasant experience."

"I brought leggings I was gifted into the store with a receipt the day after Christmas 2018 to exchange for a different size or cut. One of the women accused me of trying to return worn, old leggings. I've never purchased leggings from Lululemon, and I don't know that I would go back to this store. There Guest Services phone number apologized and took the return without a problem. Worst customer service I've ever experienced."
