"I'll never shop here again after how the manager treated me for wanting to exchange a pair of mittens for a different size without a receipt! They'll treat you like you're buying ammo and be as invasive as possible before allowing an exchange. You're basically under Judge by the manager who is a miserable human. Unfortunate, but maybe I'm just not hoity-toity enough for the blue ties shopping there."
"Stopped in at LL Bean looking for a new winter coat. Found one that I loved it, but they only had black & navy blue in stock. When I inquired about other color options, the sales person immediately brought up the coat on her PC, pointed out the colors, suggested I order it on line @ the check out register and wrote down all the info I would need. Four days later, my new coat arrived. Impressed with the service, their product & speed of delivery!!"
"LL Bean...it's a classic. I'm on the fence whether the current quality if goods is worth the price point or not, but they still have great clothing and outdoor supplies. This is a very beautiful store, with great parking and easy access, too"
