"Honestly I once loved shopping here but it's turning into one of those stores where the employees are becoming annoying with the constant questions of can I help you. Example I was in the store for maybe 5mins and heard the same question 3 times by one employee and once from the other(which didn't bother me). Listen when I walk into a place and say I'm just looking around, I don't want you to ask me *can I help you*; if I need your help I will find you. This is why I shop online for most places nowadays, i just want to shop unbothered."
"So I didn't even buy anything but a lady that was in there working made my experience amazing! She was so kind and was the ideal employee! She saw me carrying a motorcycle helmet so she was asking me all sorts of questions about riding and telling me about her experiences with motorcycles! Great woman and employee I wish I caught her name!"
"I don't shop there often but the Store Manager was friendly, helpful and always "Smiling" behind her mask. Very pleasant to speak with and to. You can tell she love her job and is always willing to help customers!"
"Great store, conveniently located inside the eastview mall. It has a great selection of high quality winter outwear, at a great. There, I bought a Eddie Bauer parka after using a North face and a Superdry jacket. EB has a superior quality, comparable to high-end NF jackets, but at a much lower price. The staff is very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend you to visit their store."
