"Had to pick up an order, and the customer service is conveniently located at the front door. Quick and efficient process. Staff very friendly. I was passively looking for a winter coat. There were many the same style, and not all were well marked or marked down. In late Jan, one would think they would want to get rid of the dozens of coats to make room for spring stock. I found a great coat at Kohl's at a fraction of Macy's prices"
"This is one of the last malls that is worth checking out in the area. Macys on the other hand is a place for overpriced 20th century feel kinda place. With clothing good for your grandparents in the retirement home. It knows who its base is. If you are between 20 and 40. This might not be the place for you. 50 to 100 good chance you might like it. Unless you are my granny and at that point we are at hot topic, also at this mall. ;)"

"If you are not aware you could easily spend an hour or two in here. It is a wonderful place to lose your awareness if you don't mind leaving with your CC heavier than when you went in. The backstage prices are AMAZING 70% off is no joke. Imagine... a Tommy well insulated jacket... less than half price, MS comforter that I certainly could not buy at it's usual price... BAM! I'm walking out with both not having paid $90. The store is refreshing to 'eye shopping' if you can restrain yourself. Nicely displayed items, some easy on the eyes items and no one breathing down your neck whilst you're deciding on your yes or no purchases. I'm happy I popped in, it was well worth it."
