"Was very disappointed when I drove to this store from Brockport and found zero plus size clothing. See I was pleasantly surprised that the Gap store at the Niagara Falls outlet had plus clothing. When I mentioned to the employee she explained how all the stores were carrying them and that they blend in with others so not to standout. This was one reason I applied for their credit card. Because I knew there was a Gap store in the area. Not close but durable. So not happy that this store thinks all its clientele is skinny."

"I'm so sad that we no longer have a GAP store in Syracuse, but thankfully I work just minutes from Eastview Mall and this awesome GAP store! The store is massive and set up very well. It is easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. GAP Fit is located in the back of the store and has an excellent selection, while GAP Kids is connected and right next door. They have tons of options and a great variety of sizes (it's not all XS and S thankfully!) Sales are incredible and the sale sections of the store are filled with deals galore! The store is spotless! I was so impressed when I went into the dressing room and the sales associate (Yes! GAP still has people who actually have people to help you in the fitting rooms!) cleaned and sanitized the room before I entered. Dressing rooms are also large and well lit. I absolutely adore the staff at this store as well. I don't know any by name but I do feel like we are all friends. They are all very kind, respectful and helpful! I live when they are excited for me when I find good deals too! Overall, every experience I've had at this GAP store has been extremely positive. This is how shopping should be!"
