"First let me preface by saying that we are Hilton Gold members. Upon arrival the temperature in the entire hotel was uncomfortably hot. The thermostat in the room is regulated to go no lower than 68°. That is entirely too warm for me to sleep. When we woke up this morning, our plan was to go downstairs for the complimentary breakfast buffet. That thought was canceled due to the fact that the buffet was so overcrowded you couldn't even see what there was to offer, let alone get in there to eat. The whole situation needs some change. The area is very small for the size of the hotel. In hind sight if we decide to ever stay there again, I will bring my own breakfast and summer pajamas to sleep!"

"It is January 24th and I’m currently staying in this hotel. It is new and modern. I have only great things to say about the staff, lobby, room, location, cleanliness! I expected the room to be small so no disappointment there. The location is amazing, so close to Time Square and Broadway. The elevators have not been a problem as some have reported. The hotel staff graciously stored our luggage upon arrival for several hours. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location is amazing, half a block from Times Square and two blocks from Rockefeller Center. The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are big city tiny, what you would expect in a major world city, unless you are paying a super premium price. The elevators are new smart elevators, you enter the floor you are going to on a touchpad and the computer tells you what elevator to get into. The hotel was busy, the longest we waited for an elevator was maybe 5 minutes. The service was warm and efficient. Breakfast is busy, but very well staffed and stocked. Avoid the waffle maker, that is most of what people were waiting for. Easy walk to the subway, and that connect you to one of the worlds great cities."

"This is a newly acquired hotel, but not a new hotel. The elevator situation is an absolute disaster. Plan on 20 minutes so you're not late. They have 4...all 4 are a free for all. They really need to block half the floors for the upper levels and half the floors for lower levels. The air conditioning/heat clicks LOUDLY on and off CONSTANTLY and doesn't really cool the room. We were out of hand soap but didn't dare ask for more knowing the elevator problem. The rooftop bar was amazing. Ask for the Bananarac. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The location is superb, although there should probably be a doorman to check to ensure everyone in the lobby is actually a guest and not just random people who want a warm place to sit. A few adjustments could be made and this could be a spectacular property."

"The best part of the hotel was the location! It can not be beat - right at Times Square without being in Times Square and two blocks from Radio City Music Hall & Rockefeller Center. I booked the hotel because it was new and because of the excellent location. The location was the best part of the hotel! I'm giving my overall rating 3 stars due to the location. Stayed there Dec. 8-11. The rooms were terribly small. Our room had two double beds and had 4 people staying in the room. If you are booking a room for 4 people and are thinking about booking here - don't. There is about a foot and half from the beds to the wall and two feet between the beds. There is not a place for your suitcase so they just lay in what little walkways you have - no closet! The bathroom sink is a little bigger than a sink on an airplane. The room could work for two people, but it would still be cramped. The elevator situation was also not ideal either. After waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes, I finally gave up and walked down 17 flights of stairs. The heating/cooling situation was not ideal either. I echo what another customer said about it would kick on for about 30 seconds every 1-2 minutes. It was always so hot in our room!. My group had an evening flight out and the front desk tried to tell me that they would not store our luggage because they were at capacity. I find this to be unacceptable for a hotel. They stored our luggage. I don't know if I would stay there again, it would all depend on how many people are sharing a room (the location was excellent). I would also request a room on a lower floor due to the elevators."
