"Please DO NOT leave your pet here. TLDR, we picked up our dog from daycare at the end of the day a few weeks ago and he had four broken ribs. At no point did they call us to let us know there was something wrong with our dog. He was fine when we dropped him off. The management was not helpful and refused to permit us to see the recorded security footage to determine what happened to our pet. We have filed a NYPD report. She loves the all-day play there and I was quite worried that she wouldn't do well for 5 days. The most I have had her stay is 2 nights up until recently. The staff is absolutely incredible and truly cares about your pets. They go above and beyond with the service they provide for both the people and their pets. This will be our new go-to place for daycare and boarding."
