"Dr. Loose and the Neighborhood Vet is simply the best Vet I’ve ever experienced. We came in with our cat who had trouble urinating and a bloody stool, and she provided us with a comprehensive check up, gave us simultaneously empathetic and direct/clear info, and provided us with options on how to treat- and I loved that she told us what she would do if our cat was hers. 2 months down the line, our cat is free of bladder stones after following her advice (and luckily) w/o surgery. If we jumped into surgery immediately w/o trying the diet option first it would have both been a money drain and a terrible experience for our older cat. To top it all off, her prices are second to none in NYC. Thank you Dr. Loose and team!!"

"Dr. Loose is the best vet i've ever had. both she and her team are knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. i adopted my second dog, Ella, from the rescue she started (Small Bites Rescue). when my first dog, Phoebe, needed surgery, she accepted Phoebe as a client even though she was at capacity. when i needed to take Ella out into Long Island for retinal reattachment surgery and didn't have a car, Dr. Loose lent me her own. she is one of the most giving and hard-working people i've ever met. we will miss her terribly when we move out west!"
