"They treat my dog Benji like family always welcoming and super nice he loves all the staff and has been coming to them since he was 10 months old he never is nervous and always leaves feeling better and they know how to put my mind at ease as well. Compared to other vets they’re not pricey at all."
"They are pretty quick with appointments and friendly. Haven’t had any issues yet and they are fear free which is great for my cat Rocket. I’ve had to give her gabapentin before at other vets but not this one. Love how they take their time and make it a good experience for the animals"
"Extremely unprofessional. Did not take good care of my cat and were very rude to me. Made a dental appointment which they never followed up about as they should have, then when I arrived gave me attitude about how I was taking too long to try to pull together $2k with no notice. I went home briefly (as the reception is suggested) and they finally sent me an estimate via email, then called to tell me they needed an answer within the hour because the doctor prefers to do dental procedures before other ones. My cat needs teeth extracted but they never told me which ones, or gave any other information about the procedure besides how my reaction to their mistake (not giving me this info when I made the appointment a month ago and also insisting on taking the cat that day anyway) was inconvenient for them. Just wanted the money. I called back to say I had to decline treatment that day for financial reasons, and the phone tree dead ended twice before I finally got through to someone to decline. As I was getting ready to go back to the office I got a call back from the first receptionist, asking if I’d made a decision about the treatment plan, so apparently even though all the receptionists sit right next to each other at the same desk they don’t communicate about the animals at all. When I needed my deposit back they tried to guilt me about it because “the dental is really needed.” A bit galling from someone who had watched me spend two hours on the phone trying to pull together a significant amount of money. Needing $500 back doesn’t mean I’m not going to save up to take care of my animal. When I arrived to bring my cat home, the vet brought him back out in his carrier. My cat was stressed and growling and the vet just laughed at him- I uncovered the carrier and my cat instantly calmed down. If that’s how they acted in front of me, I don’t want to know how they treat animals when nobody else is around. I know what Fear Free training teaches people and nobody was practicing that. There’s a big brown dog who’s allowed to wander around off leash through the whole place which makes the separate cat and dog lobbies completely pointless. I also saw the dog go in to a room where a sedated cat had been brought in and I could hear a heart monitor beeping, so they seem fine with letting dogs roam unsupervised in to rooms where medical procedures are being done. The receptionists were nice enough and even though they seemed incompetent, the blame for that goes to the managers. The DVM on shift that day is a douche and whoever’s in charge of management is obviously a complete moron. I wish I hadn’t put my cat through the stress of an unneeded vet visit, but I’m glad I at least didn’t give them any money."
"I just want say that the dr who operates and my cat he is a saint, omg I almost cry of happiness they treated my babies like angels, they took excellent care of them, Elijah also was excellent professional, they where so nice I was feeling full of joy, the clinic is super clean and sanitize is even cleaner than human clinic, I don’t regret it at all. I am super happy with their service."
"Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. My dog can't be around other dogs and they were extremely accommodating and understanding, and made sure we got into and out of the office without interaction with other animals. My dog hates getting vaccines but they kept it quick and painless. Extremely low stress as far as vet visits go for my sweet pup. $300 for the vet visit, a stool sample exam, and 3 vaccines. On the pricier side in general but very inexpensive for New York (unfortunately lol)."
