"I went here to give my dog a self serve dog wash. Customer service was excellent!! The place was clean. The machine was easy to use and clean towels were supplied. Price was very affordable. I would recommend this location to any that wants to wash their dog and not have to worry about buying dog shampoo or doing the clean up at home .In addition its a great location for dog food and snacks ."
"Love this place. My experience with mom n pop pet shops this past year has been shockingly bad. Everything from orders that don’t get delivered when promised to being delivered the wrong food after confirming with a human over the phone. I’ve tried so hard not to go the “subscribe n save” mode on Amazon but that’s what I ended up doing. On a pinch I found this place. Called and got an actual human 22 min before close time. He was amazingly helpful and kind and patient. I wish I lived closer. I’d come here all the time. Selection was perfect for Organic high quality cat food, treats, all that stuff. If you live nearby don’t bother with ordering online just go here."

"This store is a diamond in the rough thanks to the manager, Tasha. My cat, Oliver, has challenging food allergies so must eat raw and, of course, only likes one brand that I could not find anywhere in NYC. I contacted a few different stores before moving from Chicago and Tasha was one of the only to reply and offer to order specially. It's been 1.5 years and she has worked closely with me on every, single order making sure Oliver has his food even though it can be difficult to get at times. Tasha genuinely cares as much as I do! Her level of attention, quick response time, and friendly communication continue to impress me."
