"What a perfect apartment! The apartment is near by subway, coffe shop, restaurants, and stores such as Trader Jo, Duane Reade. All of doorman and members of maintenance team are absolutely kind, nice, and professional. For example, whenever I have some trouble with some condition of my room, the members of maintenance team always come to my room asap and then fix everything perfectly. In addition, the area surrounding the apartment is quite safety and calm, making me feel comfortable to stay in here. The way to deal with trash is so easy that I can save some time and energy. I really recommend this apartment to every people."

"I really enjoy Parc Coliseum. I like my apartment and everyone in the leasing and concierge team is so friendly and cares for residents safety and comfort. They make you feel welcome on entry and like you are walking in home. When any issues arise, communication is easy and they are addressed in no time - many thanks to Nizam, Nas, Darren, Andre. Also very nice that the building has an app to pay rent, put in service requests, etc - i find it super convenient."
